**Overview**
PMRoo is the property manager’s conversational interface with Vendoroo’s AI ecosystem. Think of it as an assistant you can chat with to get summaries, draft updates, and adjust how the AI handles work orders.
**Best Practices**
- **Talk to PMRoo like a human assistant.** Ask questions and give instructions in plain language. PMRoo can understand natural phrases such as “Can you summarize this issue for the resident?” or “Let the vendor know we’ll follow up tomorrow.”
- **Ask for summaries and updates.** Use PMRoo to create concise summaries of maintenance issues, vendor updates, or resident communications. It can draft messages that you can send directly from your PMS.
- **Provide high‑level guidance.** Instead of scripting every step, tell PMRoo what outcome you want. For example, “If the resident doesn’t respond in 24 hours, reach out again with a friendly reminder.” PMRoo will figure out how to implement that within the workflow.
- **Customize instructions and tone on the fly.** You can tell PMRoo to adjust the tone of communications (“more empathetic” or “be more concise”) or to follow specific rules for certain properties or residents.
- **Train PMRoo over time.** Treat PMRoo like a new team member: provide feedback on its drafts and clarify how you want situations handled. The more guidance you give, the better it will become at reflecting your processes and brand voice.
- **Use PMRoo to update other modules.** If you want to change how ResiRoo or VenRoo handles a scenario, message PMRoo and it will update the AI logic accordingly.
**Tips for Success**
- Ask clarifying questions if PMRoo’s response isn’t what you expected.
- Review and edit drafts generated by PMRoo before sending to ensure they match your tone.
- Continue to coach PMRoo about your preferences; it will learn from your instructions and improve over time.
