Introduction

The Locations page provides a centralized directory of all properties within your portfolio. It serves as a quick reference tool for reviewing property details, managing assigned personnel, and tracking ownership status.

Whether you’re overseeing a single building or an extensive portfolio, this page helps Property Managers stay organized and efficient.


Column Overview

ColumnDescription
PropertyDisplays the full address of the property.
Property ManagerThe assigned PM responsible for overseeing the property’s operations.
AssistantShows the assistant connected to the property, if applicable.
OwnerDisplays the property owner on record. If no owner is assigned, this field will show “Unassigned.”

Filtering Properties

Use the built-in filters to quickly locate properties based on specific roles, attributes, or details:

Filter FieldPurpose
NameSearch by full or partial property address.
CityNarrow results by geographic location.
AssistantFilter properties by the assistant linked to them.
P. ManagerDisplay properties managed by a specific Property Manager.
OwnerShow only properties tied to a specific owner.
ResidentSearch for properties by resident or tenant name.

After selecting your criteria, click Apply to refresh and update the results.

    Use name or city filters to locate addresses without scrolling through long lists.

    Filter locations by your Property Manager assignment to focus on the properties you directly oversee.
