The Locations page provides a centralized directory of all properties within your portfolio. It serves as a quick reference tool for reviewing property details, managing assigned personnel, and tracking ownership status.
Whether you’re overseeing a single building or an extensive portfolio, this page helps Property Managers stay organized and efficient.
Column Overview
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Property | Displays the full address of the property. |
| Property Manager | The assigned PM responsible for overseeing the property’s operations. |
| Assistant | Shows the assistant connected to the property, if applicable. |
| Owner | Displays the property owner on record. If no owner is assigned, this field will show “Unassigned.” |
Filtering Properties
Use the built-in filters to quickly locate properties based on specific roles, attributes, or details:

| Name | Search by full or partial property address. |
| City | Narrow results by geographic location. |
| Assistant | Filter properties by the assistant linked to them. |
| P. Manager | Display properties managed by a specific Property Manager. |
| Owner | Show only properties tied to a specific owner. |
| Resident | Search for properties by resident or tenant name. |
After selecting your criteria, click Apply to refresh and update the results.
