We’ve rolled out several updates to make communication clearer and your operations smoother.

Tenant Experience Improvements

  • Automatic Replies on Closed Work Orders (Tier 2 + 3, Direct + Command)
If a tenant replies after a work order is closed, they’ll now receive an automatic message explaining there’s no active request and guiding them to submit a new one.
Why it matters: Fewer stalled conversations, less confusion, and faster resolutions.

  • Tenant Follow-Up Nudges
When tenants don’t respond to requests for additional details, the system now sends two automated follow-ups spaced four hours apart.
Why it matters: Keeps work orders moving without your team having to chase updates.

Emergency Handling Enhancements

  • AfterHours Plan Alignment
Emergency escalations now strictly follow your subscription setup. If you’re not subscribed to AfterHours, the system will not trigger after-hours alerts.
Why it matters: Avoids unexpected calls, miscommunications, and unnecessary costs.

  • Weekend Clarity for Non-Emergencies
Tenants submitting non-emergency requests over the weekend now automatically get a message confirming:
“Thanks! This will be handled Monday.”
Why it matters: Sets expectations upfront and reduces weekend follow-up calls.

Branding & Control

  • Rename ResiRoo
You can now personalize your AI assistant’s name to match your company’s tone and brand.
Example: Rename “ResiRoo” to “Oakwood Resident Concierge” or “MainStreet Assist.”
Why it matters: Creates a seamless, branded tenant experience.
