Dashboard Columns Explained

| WO # | A unique identifier for each work order. Useful for referencing in reports or follow-ups. |
| WorkOrder | Title of the work order. Clickable link opens the full work order timeline and details. |
| Priority | Indicates urgency. Possible values include Standard, Emergency, and others. |
| Address | The physical location where the work needs to be completed. |
| Category | Broad classification of work (e.g., Repair, Maintenance). |
| Issue | The specific problem reported (e.g., “Toilet handle broken”). |
| Next Action Date | Displays the next step or deadline associated with the work order, including time. |
| PM Comments | Comments added by you or other PMs. Use “Add New Comment” or “Show All Comments” to interact. |
| EMC Comments | Comments from the EMC team. Review these for important updates or clarifications. |
| Status | Tracks the progress of a work order (e.g., Assigned, Pending Vendor Acceptance). |
| Vendor | The vendor assigned to the job. If empty, the assignment may be pending. |
| Last Activity | Shows the most recent event or update. Click “Show All Activity” to view the complete timeline. |
