Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is your mission control center for tracking and managing all active work orders. It provides a live, filterable view of tasks requiring your attention, vendor coordination, and resident updates—helping you stay organized and proactive.



Dashboard Columns Explained

Column NameDescription
WO #A unique identifier for each work order. Useful for referencing in reports or follow-ups.
WorkOrderTitle of the work order. Clickable link opens the full work order timeline and details.
PriorityIndicates urgency. Possible values include Standard, Emergency, and others.
AddressThe physical location where the work needs to be completed.
CategoryBroad classification of work (e.g., Repair, Maintenance).
IssueThe specific problem reported (e.g., “Toilet handle broken”).
Next Action DateDisplays the next step or deadline associated with the work order, including time.
PM CommentsComments added by you or other PMs. Use “Add New Comment” or “Show All Comments” to interact.
EMC CommentsComments from the EMC team. Review these for important updates or clarifications.
StatusTracks the progress of a work order (e.g., Assigned, Pending Vendor Acceptance).
VendorThe vendor assigned to the job. If empty, the assignment may be pending.
Last ActivityShows the most recent event or update. Click “Show All Activity” to view the complete timeline.
Creation DateWhen the work order was originally submitted or created.


Common Actions for Property Managers

  • Respond to Comments
    Check the PM Comments section to add replies or respond to messages.

  • Review Work Orders
    Click on the WorkOrder title to access full job details, attachments, chat history, and updates.

  • Check Next Action Dates
    Stay ahead of scheduling and follow-ups by monitoring deadlines.

  • Monitor Status
    Keep track of each work order’s Status to ensure it’s progressing smoothly and not stuck in Pending Vendor Acceptance.

  • Vendor Follow-up
    Use the Vendor column to see who’s assigned or follow up if the assignment is pending.


Filtering & Search Tips

  • Quick Search
    Use the search bar to quickly find work orders by address, vendor name, or issue.

  • Filter by Status or Vendor
    Use “Select Filter” to narrow results by Status (e.g., Awaiting PM Response), Vendor, or EMC team.

  • Save Your Filters
    Save your preferred filters for persistent dashboard views, perfect for managing daily workflows.


Pro Tip

Keep your dashboard clean by marking completed work orders and regularly reviewing upcoming Next Action Dates.
This ensures you stay focused on high-priority tasks and never miss a deadline.
