Introduction

The Workspace page is your day-to-day operations center. It displays an organized list of all your work orders and provides real-time visibility into progress, statuses, pricing stages, and recent activity. This is where property managers can efficiently monitor active jobs, review updates, and manage approvals without missing a beat.

Creating New Work Orders

Located at the bottom left of the Workspace sidebar:

  • New Work Order – Start a brand-new job from scratch by entering the property, issue, and relevant details.

  • New Recurring Job – Create a scheduled, repeating job, ideal for recurring tasks such as inspections, seasonal maintenance, or vendor checkups.

Property Manager Best Practices

  • Check New Notifications Frequently
Always review the red notification badges in the Activity column to stay updated on vendor replies, assistant updates, or required approvals.

  • Monitor Pricing Stages
Keep an eye on the Price column to ensure jobs don’t get stuck in the Estimating stage and progress toward approval.

  • Use Status to Prioritize
Pay close attention to work orders marked Need Approval, as these require immediate action to avoid delays.

  • Triage by Age
Sort or filter by Age to quickly identify older tasks that may be stalled or awaiting updates.
