Introduction

The Chat page features an interactive assistant designed specifically for Property Managers (PMs) to streamline communication, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity within the Vendoroo platform.

Whether you need to retrieve information, request actions, or train automation behavior, the chat tool serves as a central hub for real-time assistance.


Chatbot Capabilities

The chat assistant helps PMs quickly handle tasks without navigating away from the page. Common uses include:

Agent Role

The chat assistant operates as though you are logged in as a Property Manager:

  • Verify that your role is displayed correctly before making sensitive requests or issuing commands.

  • If your role seems incorrect, refresh the session or reach out to your Vendoroo admin.


Usage Notes

  • Beta Feature – The chat tool is currently in beta testing. Always confirm actions before execution.

  • Support-Only Tool – The chat cannot manage assignments or modify linked PMs directly.

  • Verification Recommended – If actions involve vendor dispatching or work order escalations, cross-check details in the Work Orders or Workspace modules.
